At Worklink WA we aim to be an inclusive and accessible service provider that enables people to identify and reach their goals, while also assisting them to remove or overcome any barriers. We work with other community organisations to help our students, trainees and customers to be the best they can be.

NDIS Employment Capacity Training:

If you are an NDIS participant with plan goals including open employment, we can help you get ready to work. Our friendly and experienced team work alongside you to help you discover your career goals and opportunities, train core skills for work, learn on the job with our support and help you access and sustain employment.

This state government-funded service assists individuals of any age to make training, educational and occupational choices relating to their career. It can include career guidance, web-based and computer programs, job search and resume assistance, referrals, and training and labour market information. We have offices in Albany and Esperance and also visit towns across the Great Southern and Esperance regions.
